FurPawJoy is a free, ad-supported informational website. We do not currently sell products, subscriptions, or paid services. Therefore, no purchases and no refunds apply to the Site itself.
Future Paid Services
Should FurPawJoy introduce paid features or products in the future (e.g., premium guides, merchandise), the following general refund principles will apply:
Digital Products
- Digital downloads (e.g., eBooks, guides) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the content.
- Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds will not generally be offered unless the product is materially defective.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Pro-rata refunds for unused subscription time are available within 7 days of payment if you have not used the premium features.
Physical Merchandise
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

To request a refund, please contact us via our Contact Us page, including your order reference number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
